With the entry into force of Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, Iron S.p.A. has established this area where its employees, collaborators, suppliers, and third parties identified by Legislative Decree 24/2023 can report:

Administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal offenses;

Violations of European Union law in the following areas: public procurement; financial services, products, and markets, and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing; product safety and compliance; transport safety; environmental protection; radiation protection and nuclear safety; food and feed safety, and animal health and welfare; public health; consumer protection; protection of privacy and personal data, and security of network and information systems;

Acts or omissions that harm the financial interests of the Union or relate to the internal market (for example: violations of competition and state aid rules);

Acts or behaviors that defeat the purpose or objective of the provisions set out in Union acts.
A questionnaire is available on the platform to guide the reporting person through the reporting process via open and closed questions. All information on the platform is encrypted and can only be accessed by the person authorized to receive the report.
